21-16-2022 - I am pleased to announce that the DWL has added 35 new Barbie Collector Catalogs to the Museum's Learning Center. The catalogs range from 2004 through 2013. More complete than any collectors guide, these catalogs can help you identify dolls you already have or determine which Barbie dolls are next on your "must buy" list.
If you have any catalogs that you would like to add to the Museum's collection, please contact me on how you can submit them. As always, appropriate credit will be given. |
12-11-2021 - Dolls from the World of Love collection produced by Hasbro from 1971 through 1972 have recently been added to the Museum,. More fun groovy fashions and dolls in their original outfits are still coming soon. I hope you enjoy this fun approach by Hasbro to the hippie happenings of the time! The dolls are even appropriately named: Soul, Love, Peace, Music, and Flower, and then there is their friend Adam, too! Wonder why he was given such a normal name? Rumor has it he was named after one of the designers sons.
